Delivery Policy

This policy outlines our delivery methods, timeframes, and charges for orders placed on our website.

  • Deliveries Europe-wide typically take 2/3 days.
  • We aim for timely delivery but cannot guarantee it; products are typically dispatched within 7 days.
  • However, delivery times are not guaranteed. To ensure timely delivery and avoid weekend delays, orders will only be posted on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
  • It is advisable to place your orders bearing this in mind.
  • If you prefer, arrangements can be made to collect your order at the depot.
  • You can track your order using the provided order number on our delivery service provider’s website once we have received it into our customer account .
  • Deliveries require a signature and must be received in person at the delivery address with proof of identification. Our delivery service provider will make at least one more attempt at delivery if the initial attempt is unsuccessful.
  • Undelivered products can be collected from the delivery service provider using instructions left at your address.
  • Contact us through our website for any delivery problems.
  • Re-delivery costs may apply if the failure to deliver is due to your fault (e.g., incorrect address, inaccessible location, or unavailable recipient).
  • By accepting and signing for the delivery, you enter into a contract to accept the item in its delivered state, and we cannot assume liability for subsequent issues surrounding loss or damage.
