Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy:

Our refund and returns policy have a validity period of 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Nad Plus en Casa will determine whether to replace or issue credit for all accepted returns of products.

Items marked as ‘Non-returnable’ are ineligible for return, and no credit or replacement will be provided

Non-Refundable Items:

Nad Plus En Casa home injection kits and refills are not eligible for refunds due to their perishable nature and the inability to verify their condition after shipment

For the protection of our customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for health items once they have left our premises.

Refundable Items:

To be eligible for a return , the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

You may request a refund within the 30-day period for the following reasons:

  • Non-receipt of the ordered product or service
  • Discrepancy between the received product or service and the description
  • Defects or malfunctions in the product or service

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at returns@nadplusencasa.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We will process your request and issue a refund within 7 business days upon receiving your request.

Kindly note that additional information or evidence may be required to process your refund.

If your refund request is deemed valid, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

In case you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first.

If the issue persists, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
