Ons restitutie- en retourbeleid is geldig gedurende 30 dagen vanaf de datum van uw aankoop.

Helaas kunnen we geen volledige restitutie of omruiling aanbieden als er 30 dagen zijn verstreken sinds uw aankoop.

Nad Plus en Casa zal bepalen of ze alle geaccepteerde retourzendingen van producten vervangen of crediteren.

Items marked as “Non-returnable” are ineligible for return, and no credit or replacement will be provided.

Niet-terugbetaalbare items:

Nad Plus En Casa home injection kits and refills are not eligible for refunds due to their perishable nature and the inability to verify their condition after shipment.

Ter bescherming van onze klanten kunnen we geen retourzendingen accepteren of restituties uitgeven voor gezondheidsartikelen nadat ze onze panden hebben verlaten.

Terugbetaalbare artikelen

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

U kunt binnen de periode van 30 dagen een terugbetaling aanvragen om de volgende redenen:

• Niet-ontvangst van het bestelde product of dienst
• Verschil tussen het ontvangen product of dienst en de beschrijving
• Gebreken of storingen in het product of de dienst

Gedeeltelijke terugbetalingen kunnen worden toegekend in de volgende situaties:

• Items die niet in hun oorspronkelijke staat verkeren, beschadigd zijn of ontbrekende onderdelen hebben die niet te wijten zijn aan onze fout.
• Retouren gemaakt meer dan 30 dagen na levering.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at returns@nadplusencasa.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We will process your request and issue a refund within 7 business days upon receiving your request. Kindly note that additional information or evidence may be required to process your refund.

If your refund request is deemed valid, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

In case you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
