To initiate a refund, please contact us at returns@nadplusencasa.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

If your refund request is deemed valid, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

In case you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
