Nuestra política de reembolso y devoluciones tiene un período de validez de 30 días desde la fecha de su compra.

Lamentablemente, si han transcurrido 30 días desde su compra, no podemos ofrecer un reembolso completo o un intercambio.

Nad Plus en Casa determinará si reemplazar o emitir crédito por todas las devoluciones aceptadas de productos.

Items marked as “Non-returnable” are ineligible for return, and no credit or replacement will be provided.

Nad Plus En Casa home injection kits and refills are not eligible for refunds due to their perishable nature and the inability to verify their condition after shipment.

For the protection of our customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for health items once they have left our premises.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at returns@nadplusencasa.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We will process your request and issue a refund within 7 business days upon receiving your request. Kindly note that additional information or evidence may be required to process your refund.

If your refund request is deemed valid, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

In case you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
